ABOUT QUERCO

The story of Querco, friendly robot

Querco was born from the passion and the idea to challenge the status quo in Robotic Process Automation. We deeply dislike the idea of an anonymous, soulless, narrow-minded robotic piece of software. It resembles scripts written on the top of legacy back-office systems too much, only to patch painful breaches in spaghetti architecture. The digital superglue to fix systemic malfunctions. We dreamed about something much more purposeful, ambitious, and funny.

We have thought about a friendly robot able to learn quickly, open for taking up new tasks, and willing to help us – imperfect human beings. Under the parental care of process designers, full-stack coders, robot trainers, and dev-ops masters, Querco was raised with multiple iterations. The road was somewhat winding and bumpy, we missed a project manager who was not involved at the very start. But when we got the right one – the man of passion and dedication, we took off for good.

The rest is like living in a rainbow blast of the supernova. Endless new possibilities created by every new development step. The actual feeling that only unlimited imagination and creativity can unleash the full potential of the robot we’ve been creating. And now, here it is: Querco, the new model of RPA professional.

Querco is RPA (Robotic Process Automation) professional operating on the end-user layer of informative technology systems. It means that it is indistinguishable from humans by productive applications it works with. It is, however, better than humans considering performance, continuous focus, lack of idleness and errors.

The robot is by design capable to understand tasks it is given and to easily learn new applications and interfaces it will use to perform new tasks. It is humanly replaceable, which means its job can be performed (and checked) by a human employee if needed. Of course, with the inevitable decrease in performance and quality.

Querco can be cloned and implemented on several workstations or mobile devices, meaning the various “clones” of Querco can be allocated to different tasks. In that case, they would benefit from a group knowledge base and learning interactions which naturally shortens the training time and enhances the flexibility of a robot.

Additionally, we have embedded a chat-bot capacity into Querco’s core skillset which has made the robot available for customer service jobs.

Our robot meets standards of RPA solutions and goes beyond. It is much more agile, user-friendly, operating system agnostic, and… it has a name.

We would love to find loving and caring employees to Querco.

There are millions of tasks, which can be efficiently done by this robot out there. Probably, we are still not aware of what in human work can be improved by RPA. But Querco is not alone and we are not the only ones making good robots.

As we have already got experience to find interesting positions for Querco, we have decided to help others too. “Sharing is caring” and we really want the RPA community, vendors, experts, and robots themselves to thrive and grow. In our view, every decent robot deserves the job it is capable of doing; and every business deserves to get reliable, good robots to hire.

From this dream, the idea of connecting employees and employers, businesses and robots was born. We have never stopped fulfilling this dream and here it is – we created a platform, which makes finding robots for hire a pleasant, simple activity.

At the same time, it is the place for robot-builders for exhibition, promotion, and contracting their robots. We are not limited to RPA solutions. The platform accepts complex AI products, deep learning mechanism, more traditional business intelligence/management software, and data management/science tools. This is the core of Joboto.
